7. RESERVATION AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS

7.1. All reservations made on the site https://tuga.me are subject to the general conditions of TUGA.ME – Agência, Lda, prevailing over these the particular conditions inherent to each reservation and notably the following reservation and purchase conditions.

7.2. All reservations made on the site https://tuga.me are under the existing rules for travel and tourism reservations and therefore have deadlines for their payment. For the lowest prices and special offers, this payment should be made immediately.

7.3. The prices shown on the site https://tuga.me are not cumulative with other offers, promotions, protocols.

7.4. After full payment of the reservation, its confirmation, and its good receipt by our services, you will receive the documentation related to your trip electronically, via email, and within a maximum period of 24 hours. You should always ensure that the email you provide us is correct and available. In cases where the documentation refers to services of tour operators, not being thus dependent only on our services, you will receive the documentation either electronically or physically at the address you provide us, within a period not exceeding 7 days before your trip. This period will be informed case by case by our services.

7.5. All services provided on the site https://tuga.me are subject to cancellation and/or alteration rules, which vary depending on the product purchased and are presented at the time of your reservation. The most restrictive airfares and some other products may have cancellation fees up to 100% of the amount paid. After making your reservation, you will be informed of the respective particular conditions. Cancellation rules apply after the issuance of your documentation, or after your reservation confirmation made by a deposit to guarantee the places for your trip.

7.6. Any refunds to which the user is entitled will be processed within a maximum period of 14 working days.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

All disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Use shall be governed by Portuguese legislation.
